Privacy Policy

We believe privacy should be simple, honest, and human. Here's exactly how we handle your information — no legalese.

Last updated: April 2026

The short version: We collect only what we need to run the loveNDIS waitlist and build a product that works for your family. We will never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it any time.

Who we are

loveNDIS is an early-stage product being built by an Australian NDIS family, for Australian NDIS families. Our contact email is our contact form.

This privacy policy applies to the loveNDIS website at lovendis.au and any information we collect through it, including our waitlist form.

What information we collect

When you join our waitlist, we may collect the following information:

We do not collect any sensitive personal information about your child or their disability. The situation field is entirely optional and you should only share what you're comfortable with.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated website analytics via Plausible Analytics — a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to:

We will only contact you about loveNDIS. We won't send you unrelated marketing, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or emailing us at our contact form.

How it's stored

Waitlist form submissions are currently processed and stored by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Formspree stores your submission securely and we access it through their platform.

Formspree's own privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

As loveNDIS grows, we will migrate to our own secure, Australian-hosted data infrastructure. We'll notify waitlist members when this happens.

We do not store any payment information, and we do not currently use cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

We will never sell your data

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to build loveNDIS and keep you informed about it. Full stop.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Australian Privacy Act 1988 compliance

loveNDIS is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We are building our product and data practices with this compliance in mind from day one.

As loveNDIS develops into a full product, we will update this policy to reflect additional data handling practices, and will always notify you of material changes.

Third-party services

We currently use the following third-party services:

We choose third-party services carefully and prefer privacy-respecting providers wherever possible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as loveNDIS grows. When we make significant changes, we'll let waitlist members know by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
